Our signature Self Love Reformer class, covering all the Pilates fundamentals for a full body workout. Focusing on form, flexibility, strength and toning for a complete mind and body workout.

Our signature 40 minute HIIT Reformer Pilates class will definitely leave you in the spicy and sweaty zone. Self Loves HIIT class is all your favourite reformer moves, except at a quicker pace, and less rest time. This class is suited for those that have attend 7 or more reformer classes and that feel confident in the reformer. The class is high intensity interval training, except on a reformer, you can expect fast, cardio burning movement, how fun!

Our Self Love Reformer Lunch Express class is a 35 minute class with all the similar moves in your normal Reformer class that you love, with a quick endorphins hit, you will leave feeling with more energy and ready to tackle on the rest of your day.

Bring your baby to your workout! Our mums and bubs class has focus on your recovery, strengthening abdominal muscles and pelvic floor. Your little loves are welcome in a capsule or wearing, with modified positions on the reformer.
(babies under 6 months old only, must have medical clearance for exercise)
