I’m such a big believer in self care and self love. I created Self Love Pilates Studio to give people the opportunity to switch off and focus on their health and wellbeing, while having fun and enjoying moving. 

Pilates is such a great way to move your body, it helps you connect mind and body whilst challenging yourself.

Pilates offers such a wide range of techniques, you can focus on strength training, flexibility, technique, balance training, and cardio-based exercises. It allows you to build awareness of your body in a safe and low-impact way. 

For me, there’s no better feeling than being a part of your journey, seeing you show up for yourself daily, challenging yourself, building your strength, and overall finding your self-love.
